I had been struggling with getting some of solid sleep. Knowing from the great information your company sends from time to time I knew that it was during sleep that our bodies do their best recovery and building of muscle. I came upon Pure Sleep and decided to give it a shot. I got the bottle and figured to give it a try. I immediately saw an improvement in my sleep most notably in getting up less times to do my ritual visit to the bathroom. I went from an average of three times a night down to once and that usually at almost the time to get up. As a result I felt stronger and more endurance in my workouts. It is a really great product.

Love this product! I usually wake up 4 or 5 times a night in the middle of the night. Now I finally get a good night's sleep. My wife likes it too. It doesn't leave you groggy the next morning like those sleep aids you find in the drugstore.

I have been using this product for a few years now and it is really great for peaceful sleep.

No trouble falling asleep but i would wake up about 4 hrs later and tossed and turned the rest of the night - tired next day-1 capsule of pure sleep fixed the situation.

have used many to get good sleep at age 77....most were a disappointment but not this one

I take this product every night before bed. It has improved my sleep where I sleep deeper, get a full 8 hours of restful sleep, feeling refreshed when I wake up. Love it.
