Alginol is just a little bit more than chlorella and spirulina. After a few weeks, I felt a sense of balance (if I can say that). Nothing medically different but just healthier inside.

Alginol is part of all vitamins I take every day. All I can tell you is that for my age I feel very well over all. No joint pain, no stiffness except when I wake up in the morning for a very short time. As soon as I start walking stiffness goes away.

Alginol stays in your body for 12 hours and you take it twice a day that means 24 hours in your system. The eye blood barrier opens when you sleep and Alginol helps to remove dead cells through this barrier to be passed away as waste. I do like this product. Alginol also passes through the eye blood barrier while your awake.
