Advanced Sleep Formula

Used this regularly for a couple years, then somehow got out of the habit and used other products. I recently got another bottle of Advanced Sleep Formula, and so happy to be using this formula again. I forgot how good it is. I also only need one tablet, not 3 as recommended on the bottle. (I weigh 140 lbs.)

This product really delivers what it says"Sleep". Before taking this product I was waking up several times a night-- broken sleep. When taking this product sleep is unbroken and sound. Upon awakening there is no groggy -drowsy feeling. Truly amazing product. Thanks Advanced Bionutritionals for a wonderful product that works!

I have had a sleeping problem since childhood. When I found this product, it was the first time I have ever been able to fall asleep without chemicals. It's so wonderful to know that it's natural and not a chemical. I can count on it, and that's saying a lot.

I am very happy with this product. I was sleeping only 4 or 5 hours a night, but now I am averaging 7 hours.

Was wonderful for two months, best sleep I had for a long time. Apparently my system gets use to what I am taking, resulting in being less effective. This has happened with other products also. While it was working it was wonderful!!!!!

I would recommend this product especially if like me pure melatonin doesn't work. Advance Bionutritionals has put together an effective formula yay! I wake a lot after 1am most mornings and then toss and turn and I don't go back in to a deep sleep then am awake fully quite early ie 5 - 6am (this I didn't mind so much as I love my mornings) Sleep is so very important for our bodies to restore themselves as we sleep and as I am a young 54 this year it has become more important to me to get this sleep 'issue' sorted. I have used a few other natural products without on going success so was really hoping this A S Formula would work and I'm happy to say IT DOES!! K M C Auckland NZ
