I have been taking the Adaptogen Complex on a daily basis and have found it to energize my body. Only problem, I do not get tired and stay up too late in the evening. I may have to lighten the dose to see if that will help. It may be that I have been without this energy for so long that my body forgot how to react. I am 82 years old with a BMI of 20.4. I might be too much of a lightweight for this dose.? I had been tiring out after midday or evening; now I am full speed ahead till I go to bed.

Like most supplements This adaptogen Needs to build up in my body over time. It is not like a hit from strong coffee. I am 83 so I sam greatfull for any improvement. They have a very good trial period so you could get money back if it doesn't seem worth it. |I can tell that it virtually eliminates that 3:00 slump. I don't feel the need for a nap like I used to. Remember old folks….naps are good for you but not while you are driving.

I love this product. I've used it for adrenal support for at least 5 years now after having it recommended by a trusted naturopath. After battling digestive issues that led to malabsorption and other fallout, my energy levels were constantly low and I dealt with regular fatigue. Using this product three times a day has made a world of difference. What I don't appreciate is the barrage of dubious spam in the form of both email and snail mail that I receive from this company and others they've solved my info to after each order, even though I consistently opt out to further mailings. Though I've contacted the company in the past, there is no real recourse because these companies have different names and no way to opt out. The timing of their mailings is always consistently linked to a new order I've placed. Contacting the Better Business Bureau seems to have little effect, but I resent the shady business practices of this company and their aggressive marketing, while not being able to deny the efficacy of their Advanced Adaptogen Complex, which has absolutely improved the quality of my life for the better.

Have used other adaptogens but gives less of a tang energy and a more natural change in general. Great on my anxiety as well. Very happy with this product

Gives a mood boost to a non-morning person. I just wish it would come down in price so I wouldn’t have to run out while waiting for a sale.

I have been concentrating on improving my energy level that is the reason I ordered advanced adaptogen complex. I am also focusing on eating a more plant based diet. As a result I am feeling more energetic. I can not say for sure what is helping the most as I am trying many different things. I am sure it does help with my overall sense of well being.

This particular adaptogen is very helpful if you have the afternoon droops or need some extra energy for a particular busy day. It does help to give you a boost and does not affect your sleep or give you the jitters.

Hi! I have tried many other such adaptogens so I know a bit to gauge the effects. In short, this is good ( i felt SOME relaxation after it, consistently). BUT i would add: the effect can be stronger maybe you ca tweak the ingredients a bit. Other i took gave me a deep relaxation response. Also, the taste is a bit not so appealing, maybe you can use some stevia (not too strong) or some natural flavor (berries) to make the taste more inspiring. As it is now, is a bit flat (the taste). Is good, but i would look for other stronger solutions. And the price is usually high for this sort of herbs, so it is good if u can make the recipe stronger in relaxation inducing effects.
