Getting Started

How do I get started as an affiliate?

Fill out the application. Our partner team reviews every application. Our partner team reviews every application and follows up within 2 business days. Once approved, you'll receive an invite to create your Everflow affiliate account, where you can grab your unique tracking links and pull promo assets for the product you'd like to promote.

Do I need approval before I can start promoting?

Yes. Our partner team reviews every application before you're approved to promote. Once approved, you'll accept our Terms and Conditions the first time you log into your affiliate dashboard.

Do I need pre-approval before running paid ads, including Facebook/Meta?

Yes. Email is our preferred and default traffic source. PPC and paid social campaigns, including Meta, are available for select products only, not our full catalog. If you'd like to run paid ads, contact your affiliate and partnership manager at [email protected] to discuss before launching, so we can confirm which products are eligible and review compliance guidelines: no brand bidding, no branded ad copy, and all traffic routed through your own bridge page.

Can I promote more than one product on the same landing or bridge page?

While there's no strict rule against it, we strongly recommend focusing on a single product per bridge page. Single-product pages consistently convert better than pages spreading attention across multiple offers. If you'd like to promote several products, we recommend creating a separate bridge page for each.

Commission & Payment

What's the commission rate?

You'll earn a flat 50% commission on every sale, across our full product catalog. High-volume and super affiliates can unlock VIP commission rates. Contact your affiliate and partnership manager for details.

When and how do I get paid?

You'll be paid monthly, by the 15th, for the previous month's earnings. We offer two payment methods: Direct Deposit and PayPal. Once you're approved, log into your affiliate dashboard to add your banking information for direct deposit, or enter your PayPal email if you'd prefer to be paid that way. Please note: your first payment is held for 60 days after signup so we can confirm your traffic sources are legitimate. This one-time hold applies only to your initial payment — once validated, you'll be paid by the 15th of every month going forward. We reserve the right to hold or reclaim earnings if orders or sales are found to be fraudulent. Additionally, commissions are adjusted to reflect any refunds or returns — if a sale you referred is later refunded, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your earnings.

How do I set up my payout account?

In your Everflow account settings, go to your Payout Account section, complete the required address and tax information, choose a payout method (PayPal or bank transfer, depending on your location), select your payout currency, and set your preferred payout date and threshold.

Advertising & Traffic Rules

Can I bid on your brand or product names in paid ads?

No. You may not bid on “Advanced Bionutritionals,” any of our product names, or close misspellings/variations, on any advertising platform, including Google, Bing, and Meta.

Can I use your brand or product names in my ad copy or creative?

No. Product and brand names may not appear in paid ad headlines, descriptions, display URLs, or visible ad creative.

Can I mention your product name on my bridge page or in my content?

Yes. You're welcome to naturally reference our product names and brand in independent content, reviews, blog posts, and bridge pages. The restriction applies specifically to paid ad creative and bid keywords, not to your own written content.

Can I run Facebook/Meta ads?

Meta advertising is available for select products only, not our full catalog. Contact your affiliate and partnership manager at [email protected] to discuss before launching, so we can confirm eligibility and walk through compliance rules: no brand bidding, no branded ad copy, and all traffic routed through your own hosted bridge page first.

Can I send paid traffic directly to your sales page?

No. Paid traffic must always go to your own hosted bridge or pre-sell page first. From there, you may link to our official sales page through your affiliate link. Direct linking from a paid ad straight to our sales pages, VSLs, or any advancedbionutritionals.com URL is not permitted.

Can my bridge page use your logo or mimic your branding?

No. Your bridge page should reflect your own independent voice and design. It should not use our logo, mimic our color palette, typography, or layout, or otherwise appear to be an official Advanced Bionutritionals page.

Can I use testimonials from your official product pages?

Yes. You're welcome to use testimonials found on our official product pages on your own bridge page or promotional materials.

What claims am I allowed to make about your products?

Avoid any disease treatment or cure claims. Focus on general, approved wellness benefits relevant to the specific product (for example: energy, focus, healthy aging, circulation, or muscle recovery, depending on the product). When in doubt, check the compliance guidelines on that product's resource page.

Do I need to include an affiliate disclosure?

Yes. All bridge pages, advertorials, reviews, and videos should include a clear affiliate disclosure, for example: “This page contains affiliate links, and I may earn a commission if you make a purchase.”

Do I need to include an FDA disclaimer?

Yes, anywhere health-related claims are discussed, in both written and video content: “These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

What email marketing rules apply?

You may only email opted-in subscribers, never unsolicited lists. You must honor unsubscribe requests and comply with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Violations may result in account deactivation.

Shipping & Geographic Targeting

Which countries can I promote to?

We currently ship to: USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, and the UK. Please make sure your traffic targeting stays within these regions, campaigns targeting non-eligible countries may be paused.
