I used the adrenal supplement for several weeks and did not experience any benefit. As a result I discontinued taking it. I didn’t experience any negative side effects but it simply was no benefit to me.

Before taking this, I would be so tired all day and especially around 3 & 7pm. I was hoping it would help me, but it didn't. The only thing I can do is take B-12 and that only helps a little.

I have taken 3-4 bottles of Advanced Adrenal Factor. Have not noticed any improvement yet, but hope that if I keep with it, that it will pay off eventually. Have faith in Dr. Shallenberger.
