My 97 year old Mom had a flu episode and lost a lot of strength. I got there about a week after she had started her recovery with a bottle of the Amino Powder, gave it to her every day and within 2 weeks she was visibly stronger. She is in a hospital bed and gets not much movement, but she obviously gained strength.

I started using Advanced Amino Powder one month ago. I take it every morning on an empty stomach and then again before my workouts. It has tremendously helped my muscle aches and recovery after hard strength training. I am a personal trainer and have tried other supplements to increase strength but have never had the results at age 54 that I am now having with Amino Powder.
