My husband and I have increased our dosage of Advanced Aminos to 10 a day or 2 scoops. We are now able to get through our day without naps. My husband is so excited about Advanced Aminos and has been sharing with family and friends. He has read Dr. Shallenberger's book and understands the science (chemistry) of Advanced Aminos. Great stuff!

I religiously take the product in the powdered form mixing in cranberry juice 20 minutes before consuming a meal to ensure maximum absorption. Although the results were not immediate, I have noticed nail and hair growth increased and have bulked up slightly in the torso and arm areas. I have a tendency to overtrain and this product gives me the margin of error for a better recovery otherwise my muscle strains would endure and linger
