My husband and I together have used one jar of Aminos and are working on the second jar. We do believe that we have more energy than previously. We start the day, after a healthy shake of almond milk and banana, by taking a mile and a half walk. We notice that we can keep going without stopping for a little rest. We are also feeling somewhat better.

I have problems with my digestive track and don't absorb capsules or tablets very well. I find that when I do powders or liquids I get better results. I saw the doctor who developed this product and was really impressed. He said we were all deficient, and I agree. My energy level is improving everyday.

Gives me a great boost of energy....at seventy one years of age I really need that edge before I begin my morning exercise regiment.

I don’t know if it helped me, I’m in Canada, so I have to buy in small quantity because of customs. I did not used it long enough. Please, find a distributor in Canada, Amazon.ca whatever... I will give 5 stars because I don’t want to lower your stats because it is too early for me to tell.

I love Advanced Aminos. It helps me recover quicker and not feel all the icky soreness I used to feel all the time!
