Love the taste with cold water and love that it is low calorie!

I am 65 and noticed that I was losing muscle / strength. I also had lost quite a bit of overweight in the last few years - a blessing - but had gone too far the other way and noticed places, such as around my collar bone - where I appeared to be 'sunken' and feared I was losing ground with the overall balance in my body. Within 1 -2 months of taking Advanced Aminos I could really see the difference in both of these problem areas. In addition to increased overall strength, I looked in the mirror one day and was amazed to see that the 'sunken' look had totally changed and filled in with healthy strong tissue. Love, love, love your products! I started taking the Advanced Amino powder because of all the good info about it on your website. I am 55 years young,but felt I needed more than a higher protein diet. I felt like my muscles were getting weaker and my hand grip as well. I've been using this product for nearly a year. I've always lived an active lifestyle and regular workouts to build and maintain strength is a part of that.
