Didn’t notice anything about muscle growth and was lifting weights as regular as I do. Also the container was not the one shown in the ad and I have taken the stuff twice a day (30 minutes before workout and before bedtime) So therefore I wish not to purchase anymore of that stuff!

I should have checked the ingredients before purchasing. I do not like citrus flavoring and especially stevia in anything. I gave it away after one try.
