Improved HDL *

I’ve tried many ways to increase my HDL above the 40 target. I started taking the Advanced Amino Formula 6 months ago. I didn’t notice much change, but blood test from my Medicare wellness checkup prior to my 75th birthday showed my HDL to be 45. I give credit for that to the supplement because taking the supplements is the only physical or diet change I made in the last 6 months.

I started using this product. First few days did not notice anything. But then it began to work. I feel more energy to lift at the gym. I have increased the amount of weight and more importantly the reps have increased. My muscles stay harder for days. I really like this product. I am a 71 year old male. Worked out most of my life.
