I have been taking this since I received it in the last fortnight. Approximately 2 weeks ago I pulled a muscle in my groin, and I feel these tablets couldn't have come at a better time. Taken Advanced Amino tablets now for 4 weeks, and I built strength, doing more push ups, more sit ups (easier) and pull ups increased a lot, feel as well that some tiredness that I had before is pretty much gone, wake up in the morning with much more energy, some joints aching is also almost gone.
