I started taking Advanced Aminos just after I pulled a ligament in my sacroiliac area. Because of that and a recent bone density test that showed slight osteoporosis in my lumbar spine, it made sense to me, as a vegan, that I am not getting sufficient protein/amino acids to meet my bodies needs. I've now taken it for only 3 weeks and feel good but clearly haven't taken it long enough to see the specific results I'm looking for. My back is improving. My energy is good. My sleep is great and as a 76 year old woman, I appreciate not being dependent on pharmaceutical drugs to just 'manage' my health. I look forward to strengthening my back and my bones and will report back next Sept when I have my next DEXA.

I have been taking Advanced Amino for 30 days. I’ve dealt with hip joint pain for over a year. An avid tennis player, my weak hip severely limited my performance on the court.
