I am a 73 year old male who has been experiencing a weakening of the legs. I happened to run across an interview with Dr. David Minkoff who is a triathlon athlete I believe in his late 60s or early 70s. He was using Advanced Amino powder with considerable success. He uses it before and after exercise and reported great success. I have been trying this as well with some improvement. I exercise 3 times per week on the treadmill and various weight machines. I take Advanced Amino before and after each workout. Having only been doing this for a couple of weeks, I can definitely say that I am seeing progress in the strength of my legs and overall strength. I plan to continue the regimen and expect to see more improvement after about 3 months of following this plan. I believe trying Advanced Amino would benefit most of older folks.
