"I received the product just couple of weeks ago, I was ready to start taking it. I am 74 years old and have a type 2 diabetes. I'm about to finish my 2nd bottle of tablets and and feel the difference. Due to my ankle injury I have not been able to do my twice weekly treadmill walk and run for sometime now so it's very worrying! I don't want to lose muscle tone so I hope to have more improvements as I continue. Do I need to take more than 5 tablets per day?
