I’m on day 24 of my Advanced Amino. I take 5 tablets 30 min before I exercise. I don’t go to a gym. I do yoga with videos. I can feel my muscles are becoming stronger. I had some muscle atrophy from a herniated disk and I can tell these supplements are really helping!

I started with the sample, felt is could be an improvement obtaining a regular supply which I ordered on May 28, 2019. It actually took close to three days before I noticed an improvement in energy. Afte r working out, I also took five more caps. There has been a noticeable improvement in my muscle tone also. I will give a three month review . I need to reorder another container soon.
