Whey protein doesn’t compare to the results I’ve gotten using Advanced Amino. Visible results with minimal dosage doing weight bearing exercises three times a week. At 70 I feel like 50!

I have been dieting since I was 16. I am 48 and still eat fairly low calorie and think my hormones are low as a result. I can already tell this supplement is helping me (I bought the capsules and the powder). I give it to my son too (it does not taste good, but I mix with fruit juice). I don't have proof via tests, but I'm hoping it is helping me preserve (or even gain) lean muscle mass.
