Great product, I started taking Advanced Amino Formula 3 weeks ago.. the results were amazing. I have been working out and taking protein shakes and for about 3 months and did not see much results.. I definitely have more energy and I don't know if this is also because of it but I really sleep soundly. I take this and the Co2 tablet in the morning, and I drink the greens drink at lunch and after 6 months I think I have found the three things that have really helped me. I am a 76 year old woman still working. I used to take an eye vitamin which they discontinued (Lumega-Z) so I am looking to replace that. I have a family prone to eye health issues.
