I want to word this review in a way that it won't appear made-up or not real. I will be 67 in 2 weeks and in pretty descent physical shape. We have a smith machine and dumbbells, etc., in our house and although not a gym rat type any more, I do still workout in some way every day. Since taking the Advanced Amino Formula there have been slight but noticeable increases in my muscle strength as well as muscle increases in size. My only critique of the product at this point is that the pills are tablets instead of gelcaps or capsules. I'm actually not a fan of any supplements in tablet form and it has me on the fence about whether or not I'll continue for more than 6 more months at the most. Please look into a formulation of this product in caps... you would be shocked at how many people in this market feel the same way that I do. The only reason I rated this at 4 & not 5 is because of the tablet form instead of capsules.

Before I started taking your product I would wake up in the morning and my legs would feel like I just got back from a 5 mile hike. No energy. Legs would be a little unstable and it was difficult to walk much. Since taking your product I don't have those feelings in my legs anymore, and my stability has improved.

This helps me feel better and gives me more energy.

Due to my age I was concerned with the lack of elasticity in my skin & muscle tone. I started taking and only think is I would rather take 1 table that would give me the dosage of 4tablets.

I have been using Perfect Aminos (now advanced amino formula) for several years now, and I credit them with having improved my strength and immune function.

I think it has worked for muscles and energy. I'm sure I've lost weight and extra muscle mass.

These pills are amazing , but I can only take 3 a day , otherwise my muscles are so hard they hurt.

Advanced amino formula is the only product that I have tried for a workout enhancer. I was hoping to increase the level of my workouts, and help me to recover more quickly. I’m 72 years old and don’t push it to the extremes when working out. Mainly trying to keep fit and toned. Several months after using this product, I had a physical with my cardiologist. Results came back and the doctor was surprised that my cholesterol levels had gone up substantially. Because Advanced Amino Formula was the only thing I had taken before the physical, I just assumed there was something in the formula to make my cholesterol go up. I had to stop working out because I underwent back surgery. I’ve had trouble with my back for many years and decided to go under the knife to get it fixed once and for all. I still don’t know if theirs is anything in the formula that causes the cholesterol to increase, but it’s the only thing different that I was taking. It did seem to help me recover from the workouts faster and allowed me to increase my stamina during workouts. It will be approximately a year before I heal totally and can start working out again.

After taking the product for a few weeks, I feel a change in my overall mindset and condition.

I have tried several different products looking to improve muscle strength. I was pleased to actually feel a difference after 3 weeks of continuous use. I will share this with my 95 year old father as well as the mitochondria formula to help with his neuropathy. Thank you
