I wasn't sure if it would help me with my elliptical exercise. I've been tiring out too fast, like 5 minutes into it. Now I have gone as long as 20 minutes but every day seems different. At least its definitely over 10 minutes. That's what I was hoping for. I will see my doctor in a few weeks and have a blood draw, so I am hoping for some improvements in my blood work.

At 83 1/2 years of age I've begun taking Advanced Amino for added protein. At first I seemed to notice benefits in endurance (stamina) and less tiredness. I seemed to have been at an even level since and can't honestly say I've continued to "get younger". But certainly no adverse affects. My activities include walking, bicycling, and swimming. And travel. I remain positive about taking the product.
