I am pleasantly surprised by this product. I really have never thought supplements have any proven improvement in health overall. But I am here to say that this product has sped up my recovery efforts at an incredible rate. My knees and back have literally not felt this good in ten years. This product works.

Because of other health related issues at this time I can not give a unbiased opinion if the product is performing as designed or claimed. I have some improvement in muscle strength and less pain when exercising. I still have 5 bottles left at this time and will begin taking them again soon.

I have been taking these tablets now for just under a month, I believe I am beginning to feel a difference in my physicality. Before I had a weakness in by legs and constant back pain. I do exercise gently which only worsens the condition. I am now feeling I can exercise and feel an improvement in my mobility, I am being optimistically cautious at this point and will continue to take the 5 tablets a day and gradually hope to feel a continued improvement.

Been taking for a week or two Now notice my energy and skin's improved and less Pain than usual .

I have noticed a significant increase in my energy and concentration levels. I am able to work longer doing jobs in my garden and I find I am not as tired as I used to be.

I feel i have more energy during training at this stage but this is probably too early to qualify.I am taking 5, 30 minutes before i train and so far i am quite happy.

I am a very active 72 year old man. I play pickleball and racquetball 5-6 days weekly for an average of 2 - 2.5 hours per day. I also lift weights once a week and have an active walk on Sunday, "my day off".
