I am aware that one month use of this product will not produce great changes. However, I have noticed a slight increase in physical strength and perhaps a slight improvement in digestion (less gas).

I don't feel that they are helping like I hoped. But I've only managed to take 4 in the morning before breakfast. I find it hard to remember. They're a hard pill for me to swallow.

Started to feel stronger muscular resistance within few weeks also great for skin and hair look now will be checking weight loss soon

I am a big believer in supplements, especially as we age. I am trying this product out and I believe I am realizing results. I will be ordering another round of them before I make my ultimate decision but I may have found the product that was missing from my supplement regimen,

I started taking Advanced Amino Tablets about 3 weeks ago. I am age 65 and have been experiencing various muscle weakness especially in my shoulder area. I began with my Therapist's advice with light weights to try to regain some of the strength that I have lost over the years. I began lifting 35 lbs. on most exercises and have been able to slowly increase my weight use to 125 lbs for chest presses and 85 lbs. for leg presses but I have leveled out at these weights. I'm hoping by adding Advanced Amino I can continue to gain strength without pain or stiffness in my shoulder areas. I still have problems with a little soreness in my muscles during exercise and hope this product will help with this. I have noticed a much nicer tone in my muscles and a little loss of waistline fat while using this product over the past 3 weeks,I hope for further positive results.
