I like the description of what this product is supposed to do so I take it regularly on the chance that it might. I have felt no ill effects, but I also haven't noticed any difference in my life or health.

I'm very interested to try the Advanced aminoFormula but the time to ship them here takes 10 days to 2 weeks. I have only been taking them less than 2 weeks and don't notice anything different yet. Hopefully in the next month that will change.

I have only been taking them a couple of days, which is not long enough to measure efficacy. I will say that the tablets are horse tablets and the daily dose is 5! I have to chew the tablet so I can swallow it. I tried swallowing it whole with water but it got stuck in my throat and I choked. It was a scary moment.

I had high hopes for this product, but sadly it was not for me. I am sensitive to both foods and supplements and had abdominal pains and joint inflammation while taking them. Both symptoms abated when I stopped the amino acids. Maybe others will tolerate them better than I did.

I didn't feel any difference with this product and the brand I was already taking when I found this other brand Advanced Amino acid. And I would not recommend this product because the results are not different the others I wouldn't want others spending their money.
