My metabolism has always been slow to adapt to new products in my system so I do not see any effect yet. This does not surprise me I do use them daily. It may be another 2 months for them to kick in. Hopefully they will work well. As of yet my response is neutral.

I'm four and a half months into my seven month supply of Advanced Amino tablets. I initially bought the tablets on a recommendation from a female friend for the purpose of hair growth and recovery. I don't see the significant improvement in my hair regrowth that my friend claimed to experience. However, I started a workout program one and a half months age and apparently these tablets can assist in muscle growth so I will continue to use them.

I started this product several weeks ago and l continuously take this every night time. I still feel this may be too early to expect any noticeable difference or changes, yet l remain optimistic and will continue.

Early days, taking the amino tablets *

I have been taking the amino tablets for three weeks and have noticed a mild improvement with my strength. I work out at a gym five days a week. I have also put on a kilo in weight, which I needed as I am now only 65 kg. I am hoping to improve my muscle tone as time goes bye.

Only a couple weeks in so I am waiting to see a difference. I use to monitor muscle mass and have not had any gains so far. They are hard to swallow, so i divide the five and do three am and 2 mid day after lunch. They are also hard on the stomach in the morning as I only have water until lunch. Will continue to monitor and hope for results that are measurable.
