I have been unable to discern any difference in my overall health and well being after taking your supplement "Advanced Amino." Perhaps I didn't need it to begin with. I have therefore returned it for a refund. Accordingly, I rate it 3 stars and recommend it for others for whom it may be "perfect."

I have just finished my first months worth of Advanced Amino and haven't seen any difference yet. I have just started my second month's bottle. I didn't expect anything quickly so I'm going to hang in and give it a chance. It's too soon for me to say if it's good or bad but it's worth a try,

Still not feeling any affect been getting on the bike between 15 and 30 mins and waking up with soreness I’m on my second bottle hopefully it will start showing effectiveness soon

Difficult to take 5 a day *

I have tried taking these tablets but i have a hard time taking 5, I don't take any medication and 5 is lot to take for me and when i have tried to take 5 individually with water it makes me want to vomit. If they were smaller tablets and less of them, i would probably be able to tolerate them.

For me I don't feel any better my workout is still the same hard workout 3days a week 45min - 1 hour 2 tables in morning 2 tables before workout 2 at bedtime I still eat 140g protein a day

I've taken Advanced Amino Acids (5 tablets daily) for a little over three weeks now but I still haven't noticed any difference in my physical condition. I was hoping that my aches and pains will be gone after taking the tablets and that I'll be energized after a month of taking them.
