I used to take the Advanced Amino and stoped for a while. I just felt stronger on it and I could push my body a little further. I had to stop for a while and recently went back on it. For some reasons I noticed that they where affecting my sleep. So I’m not sure if the formula changed or it’s my body that got too sensitive

I am now on my 3rd month of taking these and although I have got stronger from first starting exercising I heave only gained about 2 lbs in weight. I don't think my back has ached as much as it did before when I had to stop exercising

I purchased this product as a defensive measure against viruses. So far I have not had any of those things. No way to tell if that's because of the Advanced Amino, or if it is just luck. But the peace of mind gained by taking the product is worth something.
