Well it's been 3 weeks tomorrow and I know how good amino acids are in the body but I have only seen a small improvement in the muscle tone of my stomach, I have genuinely muscle ly arms so it's hard to know whether it's the tablet s just yet, I scuba diver last week so felt more energy getting out of the water so that was good, but still think I'd give it at least another month to really start seeing more results. I have also started to do weight training and running, so let's see what happens a little later. I am 57 on the 17/1 looking forward to see and trust the results.
