Every time I would take the tablets for a day or two my feet, arms, legs, whatever would get really itchy, although no rash could be seen. So I would stop taking the tabs for a day or two and the itching would go away. Tried them again and same thing happened. So stopped taking and itching went away. Still... I'm not sure if the itching was from the tablets or if it was coincidental, so I'm planning to try again in a few days. If the same thing happens, even if I can't see a rash, then I will assume the itching is from something in the tablets that I am sensitive or allergic to. Has anyone else had these symptoms?

I have not noticed a difference, however, I have always been healthy.

I don't always have enough protein in my meals and am taking this occasionally when I want to increase it in my meal. I take many supplements and cannot tell if this had made a difference.

Ok I’m n to my second bottle of aminos I am fasting 10-12 hrs a day b4 training and I eat 1 in and a half times a day though I hv a back and knee disability from 30 plus yrs LNF work I’m 62yrs old fit and strong...I hv lost 10 pds of water weight n 3wks my strength and energy has soared...so let’s get thru the 3rd bottle and a month or two to c where I’m really at...I’ll gv a 3 for right now n the early stages???

After one bottle of your amino acid supplement, I have not yet been transformed into Conan the Barbarian. Will keep you informed after second and third bottles!

You requested a review so here it is. I can't honestly say that after 3 months of taking this product, I can feel a dramatic difference. Perhaps I would not feel as well with its absence - its hard to say. I do not believe it is detrimental in any way, so I give it 3 stars. I would also recommend that a friend give it a try to discover if they felt any improvement.

I can't tell any difference so far. Still have 2 bottles to go. Don't think I'll reorder anymore.

AB Advanced Amino seems to be helping, yet I have no way to measure or be sure.

I still have hope that I will get to feeling a lot better maybe I am expecting to much to soon. I will keep on taking my product .

Up to now I have not felt any difference in my health taking the above supplement. I take the full dose as recommended. Perhaps on completion I will feel an improvement. If I feel an improvement in my well being I will certainly recommend the product. If not, I will not be recommending it.
