I think these tablets are useful, except when I take more than one per day I get severe leg cramps at night. I reduce your recommended number of tablets from 3-4/ day to one a day and my leg cramps subsided. I hope taking one / day is useful & beneficial, I don’t really know. I can’t say that I feel any improvement in my health.

Have been taking Advanced Amino for a few months now and can't state that I noticed any direct effect or change in how I feel. Haven't noticed any direct change in muscle mass or weight.
