You asked for feedback, so ... I'm having trouble maintaining weight. I lost about 10-15lbs of muscle mass in the last year, even though I'm eating about 3000 calories/day and (light) exercising 4-5x/wk. I'm doing much better. I hoped Advanced Amino might help me rebuild some muscle and just in general improve my health / muscular situation. But so far, absolutely zero improvement. I've been taking it for almost a month and I haven't noticed any change at all. So far I can't recommend it.
