I have taken Advanced Amino for about a month and the jury is still out. To be honest I have not really felt any difference but it might take time. I will continue to take these for at least another full bottle at 5 capsules per day. I will report again in a month or so. I would prefer to not rate yet but will give it 2 stars hoping to change my rating next review.

As much as I'd like to say I have noticed an improvement in my health and well being I cannot in honesty say so. I have been taking this per the directions for a couple of weeks now and so far as I can see there are no recognizable improvement for my wife or myself. I will continue to take them until we are finished the three bottles. If we do not see any improvement I will apply for the refund.

I am unable to provide a review. The large chalky size of the tabs makes them very difficult for me to swallow. For this reason I would like to return them for a full refund.
