Timing issue *

I am not sure if it is helping or not because I can't seem to take this on a regular basis. Whenever I think about taking it, it is right before I am ready to eat and I don't want to wait another half hour, or I forget about it when you need to wait at least an hour after eating. This has been my dilemma.

Not enough protein *

The mix of essential proteins might be right, but the quantity is far too little. I should be getting 100-200 grams a day. That's an entire bottle of Advanced Amino.

My wife is wondering when I'm going to stop spending money via the internet. I am not taking the reccomended 5 capsuls/day, but (at age 81) I take one daily and 3 on days when I have more physical work to do. So far I notice no difference.

I am very sorry, but I couldn’t take it. I have to stop it because was raising extremely high my blood pressure. I never had blood pressure before I stopped , my blood pressure came normal. I start using again and again my blood pressure was raising up. I don’t know the reason why?
