i started using using from the 1st Oct 23 and since then I haven't any changes in me neither energy wise, muscle growth or strength. So far there has been zero changes in me physically.

Tabs are too big and way too many needed. Cannot take even one of these horse tabs. I am very disappointed with this product. Will not work if i cannot take these big A pills are you serious I will be returning this
