I have taken these per their directions for over 5 months and have not noticed any improvement. In fact I have continued to lose muscle and gain fat, even though I eat a well balanced and healthy diet.

I didn’t notice anything, not impressed. I wouldn’t recommend this product

I ordered 3 bottles of Amino, used just about all of the first bottle and stopped due to multiple episodes of heart arrhythmia. While I have had occasional problems with heart arrhythmia for years, I had 5 arrhythmia episodes within a short time frame while I was taking Amino.

After using these tablets. for about 6 weeks I have not noticed any improvement , unfortunately.

After taking just 3 tablets, my blood sugar doubled to almost 400. Once I stopped taking the tablets my blood sugar returned to it's normal level in a couple of days. I think further testing should be required to see if this supplement is safe for diabetics.

I actually took two bottles as directed and it didn’t do anything for me.

The immense size of these tablets makes them nearly impossible to swallow. Didn’t feel like crushing them everyday, so I returned them. Had to pay shipping back, but did receive a refund.

There was no change in my muscle growth and no change in my normal activities.

This is the second time I have tried this product. I tried it once a couple of years ago. The advertisements look compelling but I have taken this product for three months with no noticeable difference in health, strength in my muscles, no extra energy. I still have the loss of collagen in my arms which I was truly wishing that would fill in. I do regular exercise daily. Even weight training on most days. I take it most of the time as suggested about 30. minutes before some kind of exercise. I would not recommend this product and dont know why it is not working for me as the video claims it will work wonders on the body.

Im sorry but i notice no difference in using this product and threw my last full bottle out instead of storing it in the cabinet. Maybe works for others but not me.
