I have been using the product for awhile now and have not seen any improvement on my health or any weight loss as I read in the reviews . To me taking 5 pills as stated on bottle is just too much. Although I follow the directions . Still no changes. So as for now I give it a rating of 1 .I was going to request a refund at the end of the month.

Its been 6 months and I see or feel NO difference in my legs. I took 10 day for 1st 2 weeks, then 6 day since, without missing a day. Guess this is not what I needed.

I wish I had known before I purchased this item that the pills were so big. Unfortunately due to radiation treatment on my neck and I cannot swallow such big pills. I have tried cutting them in half but still have problems swallowing them. I’m not sure what else I can do. I feel like I wasted my money. Unless something changes I will not be reordering. Possibly on your website you could put exact size of pills for people like myself that can only take very small pills

I have been taking 5 pills per day for 3 weeks now and feel nothing has changed. I still work out and feel sore, i am not losing that bloating and have not lost one pound. Will continue to take entire supply and see what happens.
