My husband and I have faithfully taken 5 tablets a day for a month but have not noticed any difference in our overall health or energy. No difference to speak of.

I have been taking this product for a few weeks and am exercising. Can’t say that it’s made any difference at this point. I was hoping to have seen some measurable progress. Not one that I would recommend but will wait and see if there is progress further down the line.

After take Recomended dose for a month the only thing I notice is my bowl movements are not as good or regular. I’m on probiotics and usually have been consistent & regular.

Every one of your products that I have tried have upset my digestive system. I feel that they are all overkill . To many ingredients that all do basically the same thing . Not one of your products that I have tried worked for me because of the side effects of stomach upset . My motto is keep it simple if it works don’t keep adding duplicate ingredients to make it work faster or seemingly better .
