I haven’t noticed any difference at all. I’ve used it daily as recommended but haven’t felt any strength gain or weight gains. I train hard and eat a strict diet.

Didn’t notice anything yet. Still on first bottle. I’m still hopeful and feel I didn’t use them pills long enough to tell me yet. I’ll rate the pills on ease to swallow them only.. the size or shape of them deserve a 1 rating.
