I tried to use them but it was a major chore. The number of tablets per serving was too many and the tablets were too large. I was not able to take a full dose, so I ended up returning them. Thus I'm unable to rate or recommend them.

I’ve followed your instructions and I haven’t felt any difference. I’m still stiff, aching and hurt all over and the bottle is almost empty. I’ve taken 3 tablets in the morning and 2 before bed.

I had great expectations after reading the reviews and Dr. Minkoff's book. However, after nearly 3 months of taking the tablets, I saw no difference at all. I sent the empty bottles back for a complete refund.
