I started taking the suggested amount of pills, on the third day I came down with diarrhea. IÆve stopped all food and new pills until I can regulate my bowels. I am determined to make this work, I will give you another review in a couple of weeks.

I just finished the first bottle and am not seeing any difference. I am generally an active person and an avid runner. I was expecting bigger difference in strength and stamina. Nothing so far. If I see remarkable difference, I would recommend, not till then.
