I came across AAF about 6 months ago, read the ad and after some hesitation I decided to try it. I want to make it clear, the strength started to happen gradually and I didn’t really become aware I was getting stronger for a month or so. But then I realized the hill I jog up was getting easier. On Thanksgiving, my children and grandchildren visited. We took a walk in the woods, we rode bikes and then kicked around a soccer ball in the yard. Now at 78, I expected to be exhausted. I wasn’t, tired yes but not spent. Went to bed and the next morning I was good to go. I know AAF made the difference. Thank you for more energy and strength.
