I am a 70 year old gentleman that has been taking Advanced Amino tablets for 4 months. I am taking 5 tablets per day and an additional 5 tablets on workout days. The first benefit I noticed was an improvement in food allergies. My digestive system is far less sensitive to eggs and dairy. Acid reflex improved and bowel movements have been more regular. I believe I also feel improvement in my respiratory system especially on hikes. I recently returned to the gym after a 3 year layoff and am hopeful that my muscle mass improves but it is much to early to notice a difference. I have always had good energy and immune system so I see no improvement in those area.
