I am currently training for a long-distance race 42km or 26 miles in an outrigger canoe around an island, so to help me build the muscle and endurance stamina I will need I was searching for a good health product and then came across Advanced Amino. I take 5 per day and 10 before I train either in the gym or on the water and already after 3 weeks I feel stronger and starting to see definition around my shoulders and arms. I am 58 and the crew I am training with are in there 30s so I need to stay fit, which I am. Anyway this product is great but I give any new thing I take at least 3 months before I can really judge it, but so far I am really happy and grateful that I can compete with 30yr olds !
