I have been taking 2 tablets a day for about 6 months. I play pickleball 4 times a week, 3 to 4 hours at a time. I have noticed my calves, and quads have a bit more muscle, plus I have put on 4 pounds of weight (have not changed anything in my diet) my Doctor has said that I look much better, and thinks the 4 lb are muscle weight, which we all know that muscle weighs more than fat. Overall I think it is working for me.
