Yes there was an immediate boost in energy. In fact I found it a challenge to want too sleep. Food has become more satisfying and the driving need to overeat isn't there. Losing weight became less of a challenge and more easily desired. I lost weight easily. Now being lighter, walking a mile or two has become less of a challenge. I am not sure but I suspect my thinking is is a bit clearer. Please understand, I am 70 years of age. There is a genetic condition on my mother's side of the family and I am concerned I may have inherited those genes.
