I am a Chiropractor with an advanced degree in Clinical Nutrition. I have majored in nutrition for well over 40 years. Vegetables have never been my favorite. So-I have been taking powdered concentrate veggies for a LONG time. Your Advanced Greens taste MUCH better than all the rest AND it is SO nutrient dense. In short-the BEST EVER!!

This drink is pleasant, though a little sweet in taste. It is a good way to get a nutritious start without taking time to eat a big breakfast. Not sure I actually notice an energy boost, but it certainly can't hurt.

Alkaline help *

I have a disease, which I am climbing out of. Part of that climb is trying to keep an alkaline diet( which I’m not good at). So taking pep tonic at least once a day ( I’m trying to be more consistent) ,I believe helps with the alkalinity .
