I have been using this supplement for many years at the request of my doctor. It has been a great help and I will not stop using it.

I have been taking Ultimate Bone Support for quite some time. I am 70 years old & figure it's better to have the support, it may help and won't hurt.

Taking the Ultimate Bone support with Strontium for less than a year my last bone density scan showed improvement from osteoporosis to osteopenia. My doctor and I decided just try the Strontium Ultimate Bone Support and a calcium citrate supplement. You can not take Strontium and Calcium together so I take the Strontium in the middle of the night (when I get up to go to the bathroom) so it's on an empty stomach and no chance of interfering with the calcium.

Simply compared what I was taking with what I needed.

So definitive proof the regimen is working. You can take medication and that's good but you also need to give your body the nutrients to help the medication work. I recommend this product to family and friends when they tell me they have bone issues, because it works!
