I have been taking this product for approximately 10 years. I have taken several bad falls, especially before my cataract surgery, and always on hard surfaces like cement, and have NEVER BROKEN OR EVEN CRACKED A BONE. Before I started with the Ultimate Bone support, I was diagnosed with osteopenia and was on Actonel for 5 years. I started with the Bone Support after I went of the Actonel. I am 78 years old and have recommended this product numerous times to friends who are having bone density issues. Always take this with me when I travel - not going to be with out it!! CAN'T RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH.

I highly recommend this product. I cannot take the medication for osteopenia. I mostly love that it has strontium in it.
