I began taking this product several years ago because of an article I read about bone density. It gave specific information on what was necessary to build strong, supple bones that would not break as my age progressed. I am happy to say that appears to be the case based on my latest DEXA report. It is really important to have these scientific measurements as verification (or refutation) of a product.

About 8 years ago I broke my ankle. I had just started taking Ultimate Bone Support. My Dr. Insisted I should have a bone density test.
