A friend of mine told me about this supplement so I started taking this supplement in November 2016. After a year of taking this supplement, my bone density test improved by 7% on my spine and 4% on my hips. My Doctor was so pleased with the results. I'm so glad that my friend told me about this supplement and will continue using from now on.

I was hopeful but not convinced Ultimate Bone Support would actually do what it claims to do. I've been disappointed so many times by false claims. However, this actually works! My last bone dexa scan showed improvement.

I like this product because I believe it has strengthened my bones. Since I am 79 years old and female, I can't do all the weight resistant exercises I did when I was younger; but I go 3 times a week to the gym. I feel good that I can do the plank for 70 seconds. I also use the 5, 8, and 10 lb. dumbbells for some exercises plus some of their weight training machines. Last February I tripped over one of those speed bumps; however, I was able to get up (in spite of falling on my face) finish my business. I don't think that would have been possible had I not been taking Strontium found in this formula as well as working out regularly. I believe it is essential to keep on moving and I would like to think your product helps in this regard.
